We support young people aged 11-17 years with a maximum number of 12 students to progress and succeed in their education.

Art Project for ICU
‘FGH ICU opened it’s new patient garden this spring. This is a place for promoting rehabilitation and positivity for those who are critically ill. We would like a variety of artwork from local children of all ages…the theme can really be anything that you think would make someone feel a little better and brighten their day 😊’
Jars Of Hope
~
Our students painted positive designs and quotes on these recycled jars and
placed them all around Barrow for people to find.
A candle was left in each of them.
The idea was that while people were out for there allocated daily one hour
exercise, that they would find one of these and take them home and light,
just something to bring a little joy to their day through these current
difficult times.
You Bring The Band
~
Here is a small selection of pictures of our students who do music.
They attend sessions at “You bring the Band”, which at the moment is based
at St Bernard’s high school Barrow.
I’ve attached a leaflet that explains more of what they do and also the official logo.
The music group are currently working writing and producing their own stuff.
They already have one song and are getting it put onto a CD and will also
perform this at the “You bring the band”.
This all goes towards Btech music and Arts Award.
Exciting News – ‘Moorfield learning centre is working with the National Autistic Society to become an autistic accredited school’.
